ECS Engineered Control Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., established on March 11, 2009, is an automotive engineering technology & design service company invested and established by Kuester Holding GmbH.

The Company is located in Shanghai, and its technical services cover China, Japan, Germany, North America, etc. As an enterprise entity completely independent of its parent company, ECS operates like other independently operating companies, providing customers with a full range of auto parts design, engineering and testing services, such as 3D modeling & drawing, releasing technical specifications, simulation analysis, simulation testing, etc. Since its establishment, it has provided R&D services for several projects, and has developed many auto parts products for different clients including Shanghai Volkswagen, FAW Volkswagen, Ford, Mazda, SAIC, FAW, GAC, Haima, BAIC, Soueast Motors, Great Wall Motor, etc.

The goal of ECS is to become the industry leader in design, R&D and testing shifter, actuator, transmission shift cable, parking brake cable, sunroof drive cable, door system, EPB and other auto parts.
